With a professional health and fitness career that has spanned over 20 years, I have helped many individuals in many walks of life get fit, recover from injury, and lose weight.

Step 2. Providing everything fits and we feel comfortable with each other and you are at the right motivational level, we can then discuss the best way forward to help you achieve your goals as quickly and safely as possible.

Step 3. Action. You and I will begin the necessary work, always keeping the goal in mind. This critical step can be the most difficult, but my motivational experience will help you get over the barriers you've put up for yourself.

Whilst my experience and training allow me to deal with a wide range of fitness, rehabilitation and weight loss areas, I recognise that sometimes referring a client on can be the best course of action.

To that end, I have developed a local network of fellow health professionals, including a Physiotherapist, Nutritionalist, Chiropractor, Health Food Shop, and a Sports Footwear Advisor.

When I'm not working with clients, I enjoy reading, coaching my 8-year old son Alexander at tennis, and dancing Salsa with my wife Melanie. I also like to get involved with fundraising for charities such as Cancer Research UK.
