The Coach Me Slim & Trim® Programme
This is an initial 6-week programme which focuses on the holistic mind-body connection. During the programme I will help you to learn how to successfully combine the right mindset, the right food, and the right exercise to help you get the results you want. By the end of this period, you’ll have created the necessary foundation for your long-term success!

In these first six weeks, we will cover:
- How to Create Your Personal Weight Loss Environment: The Foundation of Your Success
- How to Develop Your Personal Motivation, Focusing Your Mind for Long-Term Success
- How to Eat for Good Health, Weight Loss, and Maintenance: Keeping Your Body Energised and Your Appetite Satisfied
- How to Personalise Your Exercise: Fitting It In Even When You’re Busy
- How to Use Pilates to Keep Your Back Strong and Supple
-How to Maintain Your New Positive Momentum
The challenge that most of us face when we are trying to lose weight is not just about learning healthy eating habits and how to exercise properly. No doubt that you already have experience and a good bit of knowledge about these factors. The true challenge is to stay motivated and focused on your goal long enough to be able to combine the three areas of motivation, healthy eating, and exercise into a personalised plan of action that works for you long term. The Coach Me Slim & Trim® programme is designed precisely to do just that – and to go beyond your initial goal, if you wish.
I will also provide you with your comprehensive support materials as part of your Coach Me Slim & Trim® programme.
Your support materials include:
- Pilates exercise manual
- Pilates DVD
- 6 week audio coaching programme
- Personal journal which includes:
- Over 10 weeks of healthy eating plans (written by a State Registered Dietician and a certified Nutritionalist)
- Home exercise routine
- Eating diary
- Exercise diary
- Your action step sections
You will also receive regular support emails between session to help keep you motivated and on track when not working with me personally.
I can offer you several different options for completing this initial six-week programme:
Option 1
1) We meet for one coaching session per week. In these sessions, you’ll be coached through each of the topic bullet points mentioned above. At the end of each session, we will agree upon some practical steps you can take before the next session.
2) Coaching sessions are one week apart.
3) This allows you the time to practice and implement the action steps we have agreed upon.
4) At each session, we will review your implemented action steps and quickly review the previous session. (Each topic has been carefully designed to naturally build upon the previous one.)
5) A session lasts approximately 60 minutes; includes weekly weigh-in.
Please Note: these are goal-achievement, action-oriented coaching sessions - not counselling sessions.
After completing the first six sessions, the following sessions are exercise based with coaching built in. There may be occasions where an exercise session reverts back to a coaching session if necessary.
Option 1 Will Be Suitable If You:
- Have 2 stone or more to lose
- Require some additional external motivation
- Require regularly accountability
- Need to learn some new strategies for over-coming old and persistent habits and obstacles that have either caused you to either give up or fail in the past
- Need some clarity regarding healthy eating
- Need some advice, coaching, and training regarding your exercise programme
- Want to be coached and trained step-by-step on how to combine the right mindset, the right food, and the right exercise – all with the opportunity for instant feedback
Option 2
1) I will give you the six-week Coach Me Slim & Trim® audio coaching programme
2) You complete it in your own time at home one session at a time over six-weeks
3) We meet for one exercise session per week. During the exercise session, we will be able to discuss what you have listened to on the audio programme.
Option 2 Will Be Suitable If You:
- Have less than 2 stone to lose
- Can motivate yourself to follow a home study programme
- Are pretty active already and just need a little more structure and variety
- Have already lost a good amount of weight and just need that extra bit of accountability
- Would value being able to regularly discuss and get feedback about health and fitness lifestyle ideas
Option 3
1) 1 coaching and 1 exercise session per week
This option provides a more focused 'kick start' to your exercise programme.
Options 1 and 3 are the most requested and successful.
My focus will be to to get you to your goal as quickly and safely as possible thereby allowing you to start enjoying the benefits as soon as possible.
